About Us
IC Information
With its main location within the Ishgardian adventuring homes of the Empyreum and an additional "Hunter Hideout" over in the La Noscean beachside homes of the Mist, the Crimson Ravens Hunting Guild is set up with a single mission in mind: give a home to those willing to work with each other to slay monsters to protect others and get paid. Hiding various types of people across a multitude of locales across the star, the place is open for all (so long as one respects the space of those residing and visiting and keeps to lawful behavior). As a collective group of individuals, we have a variety of people for differing work, whether it your average run of the mill hunter, craftspeople for getting weapons and gear in good condition, those willing to look into those we fight and where they nest, and much more. There's room for just about everyone here, with a place to stay, food to eat, monsters to hunt, gil to earn, and experiences to have and share. The monsters aren't going to stick around and wait for us. Are you up to the task and willing to join us on the hunt?
OOC Information
As a Free Company, the Crimson Ravens Hunting Guild (CR-RP) is one centered around a monster hunting guild working to get their name out and doing business to help keep people safe while earning gil and other materials on the side. We're of a moderate size, having been in operations for a year now. We run events on the regular, but understand that there's more to life than FFXIV, let alone roleplaying, so we don't have any heavy commitment requirement. We're open to people of varying roleplaying experience and are open to accepting people no matter which world they hail from or what they are like (as long as they aren't to the absolute extreme and/or overpowered). In addition, members can also opt to run their own events, whether they be small-scale hunts or larger monsters. In addition, there is no requirement to join the in-game FC to be a part of the group, so you can come on in without leaving your current FC or transferring worlds.
The Guild
Guildmaster
Ichika Tsukigamine

The head of the Guild itself, Ichika had spent her young years training as a priestess in a remote Hingan village before eventually reaching out into the open world. Both more than familiar with the hunt and medically recoginzed by Sharlayan (albeit before she took on this form, which is a whole other story), she is by all means friendly and reliable for assitance... whenever you can catch the all-too busy fox.
The Officers
Evoh Rhaal

Shroud raised, she's less of a typical "Keeper" than you might expect. Skilled in the arts of the bow, twin blades and the eastern art of geomancy, she endeavors to one day be the best hunter on the star and publish her notes on monsters into her own bestiary. Until then, she's working with the Ravens and Clan Centurio to accomplish this. Beyond that, she is skilled in the culinary arts, as well as alchemy and survival.
Helios Silberfluegel

A gifted Miqo’te from Limsa Lominsa, fate paved the way for him to earn a scholarship as a kit to study at the Studium in Sharlayan, where he honed his trade in smithing, learned the ways of archaeology and engineering, and trained to be an official Sage. While his work was mainly exploring Allagan ruins and creating metal works, his combat prowess are just as precise. He took part in the rescue efforts in Garlemald before the Tower of Babil launched the aether surge at the moon. These days he runs his own workshop on Vylbrand and through Blitzball gained the title of Frost Fiend for his versatility with ice Aether.
Xuegah Rhaal

Shroud-born to a Keeper tribe deep in East Shroud, Xuegah is a master of the spear, a dangerous opponent with a knife, and a real fierce fighter with her bare hands. What she lacks in magical ability she more than makes up for in strength, speed, and durability. This former Huntmaster turned Monster Hunter is always one of the first to welcome new members to the guild and makes sure the other members are happy and healthy.

OOC Rules
1. Content Warning: This is meant to be an 18+ FC due to the fact that hunting can get rather dangerous at times, as well as some levels of suggestive and dark themes, depending on the event. Therefore, we must ask for all people present here to be of age, both as a player and as a character. That said, all players who apply to join to the FC must be at least 21 years of age to join the Guild, while any characters must be at least 18 years of age.2. Keep the Drama at the Door: This group will likely contain people of varying opinions, and will positive discourse can be allowed to better ourselves as people, we don't want to see the channels explode with drama. If you end up getting beef with someone, take it to the admins over DMs and we'll see if we can settle it. Just don't be a bother to the rest of us members.3. Don't Be An Ass: Includes any sort of bigotry (sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc), and comments that could be seen as bullying or putting down others. Keep in mind that when you're in text channels, it's harder for people to 100% understand the meaning of your words as they don't hear a voice or look at a face (unless you post an emote for your words). Just keep in mind what you say, and you should be fine. In the end, we simply ask you follow the Golden Rule of treating others how you'd like to be treated.4. No Politics: It can especially be hard these days with internet echo chambers, but this is not a place to be making political points. Please keep your views to yourself.5. Keep OOC/IC separate: This should be self explanatory, but for those who need it to be explained. Keep OOC away from IC and vice versa.6. Your own personal health is more important than rping: Cannot stress enough how important this is. If you are not in the best place, we expect you to look after yourself and do whatever you find fun. If you need to step away for a time, please reach out to us so we can know.
7. Communication is Key! If you have any need to step away from the game or RP for whatever reason, for a prolonged period of time, please be certain to let one of the officers know. We understand that people may be busy, but without letting us know about it, we may think you simply do not wish to take part in things here.As an extra disclaimer, we understand that while there are plenty who use mods/third-party tools, understand that it is against FFXIV's Terms of Service and that if you do choose to use such tools to do so at your own risk. As such, please do not talk about such things in-game with us.Finally, like with all groups, ours carries its own vibe. While we understand it may take some a bit of time to get settled in, it should also be known that we do expect everyone who comes in here - particularly FC members - to pass the general vibe check. If you do something that very notably fails this check, the officer team has every right to warn offending members about this, even remove them in more extreme cases.
Guild Tenants
1. Never Hunt Alone: None of us, from the Ravens, to the Guildmaster herself, is some all-powerful individual capable of felling primals on our own or preventing calamities of sheer scale. Don't be going out into danger alone, especially if it's something highly powerful and a threat to your life.2. Respect the company hierarchy: The Crimson Ravens falls under a set hierarchy that goes as follows:
- Guildmaster: The head of the company. Has the final say in matters and operates the Ravens as a whole. The current holder of this title is Ichika Tsukigamine.
- Officers: Those consisting of advisors to the company head, as well as company officers. These currently consist of Evoh Rhaal and Helios Silberfluegel
- Crimson Ravens: The ranking of the company consisting of our veteran members.
- Ravens: The base rank of the company that consists of our members.3. We are NOT vigilantes: We follow through on activities as close to lawfully as we can. We try to keep in line with the rules of the land, but we know that there will be instances in which we have to do something criminal to get the job done. That said, members are not to commit unlawful acts in relation to our operations unless we have no other choice. Even if our clients are not that much fans of the law, we still won't be following in their path.4. If you don't know what to do, contact one of the higher ups: Whether it be trouble or counseling, don't be afraid to contact us. All we ask is that you don't go into this thinking that you can't reach out to us.
Our discord is open to anyone, guests and members alike. In addition, membership is not required to take part in hunts or RP. That said, full discord, CWLS, and in-game FC access (should that be something you're looking for) are locked behind turning in an application and having it accepted. While it is possible to apply without initially joining the discord server, we recommend doing so and contacting an officer so we can get to your application faster!

Hunting Board
- Hunt rewards are IC gil.
- The hunts are meant to give ideas for hunting RP for both FC members and fellow guests, though you are free to make use of it as pop-up RP. If you're at our Guild Night, you're free to take the bill and speak with someone with an LFM icon next to their name about taking interest in the hunt.
- We keep track of who takes what, so feel free to take your time gathering people to take on your monster, whether it be during Guild Night or outside of Guild Night hours.
- Note that we update our listings during guild hours to reflect which hunts have been taken. If the listing is crossed out, it has been taken.
- Finally, we have a limit of taking up to 3 marks at a time. While we like seeing the board cleared, we would like to make sure work is given around to more than just a single group.
Beginner Marks
Purple Pain
Wanted: The Beastkin Formally Known As Pizz
Client: The Maelstrom
Last Spotted: East of Jijiroon's Trading Post, Upper La NosceaThe Beast Formally Known As Pizz (please don't ask) is an axe beak that has somehow found its way in the Upper La Noscean area and is distinguishable by it's purple hues of feathers. It has managed to evade capture numerous times and has been causing a minor disturbance among the general populous. A number of zoologists would like to study the creature and see if they may discover the source of the odd-coloring it displays, so capture is critical.
Squeak Squad: Sons of Squonk
Wanted: Group of Paissa rumored to be offspring of Squonk
Client: Vanu Vanu
Last Spotted: The Sea of CloudsA number of the Vanu Vanu have been noticing a trend among a small group of Paissa that have been causing some trouble in the area, most notably they seem to be quick and clever much like the infamous Squonk, local menace to Vanu Vanu and Rose Knights all over the floating isles. They would like to see these mini-menaces taken care of before things get out of hand.
The Eye of the...
Wanted: Baras
Client: Qestir Tribe
Last Spotted: Azim Steppe, West of ReunionA small number of Baras have been reported to have snuck into Reunion a few times during the night and attacked some locals. While no major casualties have been reported, they are proving to be enough of a problem to call in for outside assistance as these particular Baras have been cunning enough to elude their hunters.
Intermediate Marks
Warning: Hazardous Materials
Wanted: Hazardous Slime
Client: Garlond Ironworks
Last Spotted: Western Thanalan, MoondripThe caverns of Moondrip have gone... eeriely quiet as of late. The gigants have gone missing and those who have looked into the matter have also met a similar fate. Someone who actually came out of it alive found partially dissolved materials belonging to those who were last present in the caves. Folks from the Ironworks are thinking that some waste from Castrum Marinum made its way down Cape Westwind and affecting something in the waters. In a show of good faith, they want to help clean up the area, but the contaminant has to be removed first.
Whack-A-(Big)-Mole
Wanted: Quicksilver Burrower
Client: Clan Centurio
Last Spotted: Central Thanalan, Heading into Cutter's CryThere have been signs of additional myrmidons escaping from Cutter's Cry and into the northern stretches of the Hellsbrood Holes and Black Brush. Those passing through - whether to or from the Nanawa Mines have witnessed some sort of beastkin burrowing holes potentially leading further into the antlions' caverns. While the holes can be sealed, they won't stop coming until that monster's taken out.
Advanced Marks
Scaling the Peaks
Wanted: The Demilizard
Client: Clan Centurio
Last Spotted: The Peaks, WhitherwanderPrior to the Garlean Occupation of Ala Mhigo and the larger Gyr Abanian region, mercenaries were hired to ward off and kill the stegoceras that were in the area. Whilst they were thought to be extinct, recent sightings after Ala Mhigo's liberation proved otherwise. More looked to have shown up in recent times, including one that has been scaling up and down the cliffsides between the upper and lower areas of the Peaks. If something like this can traverse the area like that, it's certain to be quite the threat and thus worthy of getting taken off the road, whether through lethal or non-lethal means.
One Does Not Simply Walk Into The Shroud
Wanted: Boaramir
Client: The God's Quiver
Last Spotted: East Shroud, The Bramble PatchThere have been rumors spreading of an abnormal hog around East Shroud causing trouble in the area. It has been able to elude a number of Wood Wailers and Rangers and has managed to claim the life of 5 hunters so far. Locals have taken to calling it (roughlypoorly translated) High Warden of the White Boulder Heir of Deneboar, though many unable to pronounce it in the tribal language have begun calling it Boaramir. It is advised to be cautious when dealing with it as it appears to be protecting two smaller hoglets and has been rumored to be very durable. An additional note is attached:
"Fixed the bill. -X."
Hydroelectric Scavenging
Wanted: Lady of the LakeWith some recent openings thanks to the Guild's Alexandrian contact, there has been a request for hunters to assist in Archaeo-Alexandria. Apparently some reforgers may have found something of historical importance for the region and wish to bring it back to safety for study. Alas, there's some sort of serpent slipping through the area and it's also electrifying the submerged skyline wherever it slides. All hunters are to practice due caution and try to stick to both inside and on top of the buildings when possible.
Client: Resolution
Last Spotted: Heritage Found, Submerged Skyline
Elite Marks
Grave of the Fireflies
Wanted: Itsuwari no Hikari
Client: Namai
Last Spotted: Yanxia, North of NamaiIn recent weeks, the rice fields north of Namai have been getting more and more haunted with each passing day, with most people believing it has something to do with a strange firefly that showed up, with some believing that it is actually the restless spirit of one who passed during the Garlean occupation and refuses to move on. Thinking this is to be the case, locals have been wanting to have capable handlers capture the source of the hauntings to it can be exorcised and able to pass on peacefully.
Shattered Skies
Wanted: Khurdan Ăśkhel
Client: Clan Centurio
Last Spotted: The Azim Steppe, Path of the CravenThere seems to be a new apex predator in the Azim Steppe: a deathgaze that has been going mighty fast and striking down anything - and witnesses mean anything, even innocent wildlife to fierce yol - for sport. Given this one seems to have invaded out of nowhere, a hefty amount of gil/koban is being offered for the slaying of this rapidly approaching cloudkin.
Wanted: Big Clobbah
Wanted: Snowclops known as Big Clobbah
Client: House Hallienarte, Skysteel Manufactory
Last Spotted: SnowcloakThe Skysteel Manufactory has recently discovered a vein of ores within the crystalline labyrinth that is Snowcloak. However, during excavation they were blind-sided by a large Snowclops that has left a number injured, two dead, and countless gil in damaged machinery. House Haillenarte is offering a generous reward to the one that can take out Big Clobbah and bring its eye to one of their knights.
