Guild Nights
Next Opening: February 12th, 2026 at 9pm Eastern
Stationed across Eorzea, the Crimson Ravens Hunting Guild is an established hunter’s guild, focused heavily on the preservation of the star's wilderness and natural environments. While we do highlight ourselves as a mosnter hunting guild, that is not our only realm of operations. Stopping poachers, cultivating plantlife, investigating the cause of the disappearance or sudden diaspora from a particular locale. We do what we do to keep the lands safe for all life - ourselves included, and yes, that does involve all that. And killing big scary monsters, can't forget that. Our members are of different stripes. Between the run-of-the-mill adventurer, to the seasoned hunter, the deep-set researcher to the healers and the craftsmen and women, as well as the cooks who make full usage of the remains of our hunts. Between the commonplace Hyur and the more secretive of individuals, from the western edges of Tural to the eastern shores of Othard, we have a place for just about everyone. And as long as you’re not itching to go at the big guys alone, we give our members a solid amount of freedom with their work. After all, not everyone can hunt as often as others, and some may rather take a backseat and help out in a more indirect way. At the end of the day though, those who threaten nature around us aren’t going to stick around and wait. Are you up to the task and willing to join us on the hunt?
Guildmaster
Ichika Tsukigamine

The head of the Guild itself, Ichika had spent her young years training as a priestess in a remote Hingan village before eventually reaching out into the open world. Both more than familiar with the hunt, highly proficient in fire magics, a skilled blade dancer, and medically recognized by Sharlayan, she is by all means friendly and reliable for assistance… whenever you can catch the all-too-busy Guildmaster.
The Officers
A priestess and military strategist hailing from Doma, she's a veteran of all things combat and martial arts. Still, under a rather intense on the job exterior, she's a kind and caring healer, working to ensure that everyone in the Raven's makes it back from a hunt safely. She might even bake you some treats!
Hinami Shimizu

Helios Silberfluegel

A gifted Miqo’te from Limsa Lominsa, fate paved the way for him to earn a scholarship as a kit to study at the Studium in Sharlayan, where he honed his trade in smithing, learned the ways of archaeology and engineering, and trained to be an official Sage. While his work was mainly exploring Allagan ruins and creating metal works, his combat prowess are just as precise. He took part in the rescue efforts in Garlemald before the Tower of Babil launched the aether surge at the moon. These days he runs his own workshop on Vylbrand and through Blitzball gained the title of Frost Fiend for his versatility with ice Aether.
Shroud-born to a Keeper tribe deep in East Shroud, Xuegah is a master of the spear, a dangerous opponent with a knife, and a real fierce fighter with her bare hands. What she lacks in magical ability she more than makes up for in strength, speed, and durability. This former Huntmaster turned Monster Hunter is always one of the first to welcome new members to the guild and makes sure the other members are happy and healthy.

Rules
1. Content Warning: This is meant to be a mature-rated FC due to the fact that hunting can get rather dangerous at times, as well as some levels of suggestive and dark themes. As such, we ask for all people present with us to be of age, both as a player and a character. With that said, all members must be at least 21 years of age to join as a member and their character must be at least 18 years of age.2. Keep the Drama at the Door: This group will likely contain people of varying opinions, and while positive discourse can be allowed to better ourselves and our characters, we don't want to see the channels explode with drama. If you end up getting beef with someone, take it to the admins over DMs and we'll see if we can settle it. Just please don't be a bother to the other members who are just going along with their day.3. Don't Be An Ass: This includes any sort of bigotry (sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.) and comments that could be seen as bullying or putting down others. Keep in mind that when you're in text channels, it's harder for people to 100% understand the meaning of your words as they don't hear a voice or look at a face (unless you post an emote for your words). Just keep in mind what you say, and you should be fine. In the end , we simply ask you to follow the Golden Rule of treating others how you'd like to be treated.4. No Politics: It can be especially hard these days with internet echo chambers and with everything trying to grab your attention for views, but this is not a place to be making political points. Please keep your views for yourself and for other places where such conversations are encouraged.5. Keep OOC/IC Separate: Reminder that what people do in-character do not necessarily reflect the player itself. Keep OOC matters away from IC ones and vice versa.6. IRL Comes Before RP: If you are not in the best of places, we expect you to look after yourself and take care of your own personal health or make sure your life in general comes first. If you need to step away for a time, you're free to let us know. We'll be sure to save a space for you when you return.7. Communication Is Key: If you have any questions, concerns, feedback, or requests, please don't be afraid to reach out to us. We understand that people may be busy, but reaching out to us will let us know that you're invested and wish to take part in things and/or wish to improve the experience. Don't be afraid to reach out to any of the officers just because of their position. We're all regular people outside of the game/server, after all.8. Vibe Check: Like with all groups, ours carries its own vibe. While we understand that it may take some a bit of time to get settled in, it should also be known that we do expect everyone who comes in here - particularly FC members - to pass the general vibe check. If you do something that very notably fails this check, particularly matters that result in other members reaching out to us about such, the officer team has every right to warn offending members about this, even remove them in more extreme cases. As an extra disclaimer, we understand that while there are plenty who use mods/third-party tools, understand that it is against FFXIV's Terms of Service and that if you do choose to use such tools to do so at your own risk. As such, please do not talk about such things in-game with us.
Guild Tenants
1. Never hunt alone: None of us, from the Ravens to the Guildmaster herself, is some all-powerful individual capable of felling primals on their own or preventing calamities of sheer scale. Don't be going out into danger alone, especially if it's a high-ranking mark.2. Respect the Guild's hierarchy: The Guild falls under a set hierarchy that goes as follows:
- Guildmaster - The head of the company. Has the final say in matters and leads the Crimson Ravens as a whole.
- Officers: Those consisting of advisors top the company head, as well as company officers.
- Ravens: Guild members, from our hunters, our craftsmen, researchers, medics, and everything in between.3. We are NOT vigilantes: We follow through on activities as close to lawfully as we can. We try to keep in line with the rules of the land, but we know that there will be instances in which we have to do something criminal to get the job done. That said, all members are not to commit unlawful acts in relation to our operations unless we have no other choice. Even if our clients are not that much fans of the law, we still won't be following in their path.4. If you don't know what to do, contact one of the higher ups: Whether it be trouble or counseling, don't be afraid to contact us. All we ask is that you don't go into this thinking that you can't reach out to us just because of our status.
Our discord is open to anyone, guests and members alike. In addition, membership is not required to take part in hunts or RP. That said, full discord, CWLS, and in-game FC access (should that be something you're looking for those on either Balmung or Brynhildr) are locked behind turning in an application and having it accepted. While it is possible to apply without initially joining the discord server, we recommend doing so and contacting an officer so we can get to your application faster!

- The quests are meant to give ideas for RP for both FC members and fellow guests, though you are free to make use of it as pop-up RP. If you're at our Guild Night, you're free to take the bill and speak with someone with an LFM icon next to their name about taking interest in the hunt.
- We keep track of who takes what, so feel free to take your time gathering people to take on your monster, whether it be during Guild Night or outside of Guild Night hours.
- Note that we update our listings during guild hours to reflect which hunts have been taken. If the listing is crossed out, it has been taken.
- Finally, we have a limit of taking up to 3 marks at a time. While we like seeing the board cleared, we would like to make sure work is given around to more than just a single group.
Warning: Hazardous Materials
Quest Type: Capture
Wanted: Hazardous Slime
Client: Garlond Ironworks
Last Spotted: Western Thanalan, MoondripThe caverns of Moondrip have gone... eeriely quiet as of late. The gigants have gone missing and those who have looked into the matter have also met a similar fate. Someone who actually came out of it alive found partially dissolved materials belonging to those who were last present in the caves. Folks from the Ironworks are thinking that some waste from Castrum Marinum made its way down Cape Westwind and affecting something in the waters. In a show of good faith, they want to help clean up the area, but the contaminant has to be removed first.
Creature From the Lagoon
Quest Type: Capture
Wanted: The Walking Bog
Client: Dawn Hunt, Sharlayan Department of Zoology
Last Spotted: Shaaloani, Northeast of Lake Toari
A monster hinted in some tales as some sort of cross between a crocodile and an adamantoise has shown up on the Pyariyoanaan Plain. While it's unknown whether any sort of myths or legends are truthful about this thing, it has been known to be wrecking a number of Hhetsarro camps in the area. After some moons, it has reported that this creature has gotten far too big to ignore, though to put the tale to the test, both Sharlayan and Turali researchers wish to see this monster captured.
In Ruins
Quest Type: Hunt
Wanted: Reanimated Doll
Client: Dawn Hunt
Last Spotted: Urqopacha, Shades of GriefSome fools who thought to re-enact the deeds of Gulool Ja Ja and his party eight decades ago clearly messed up when they ended up going into a Yok Huy ruin and accidentally awakening one of the old relics in there. With things going haywire in and outside the ruins, the best course of action has been decided on its destruction. There's already more than enough left over within the caverns to preserve and ensure that those don't get reawakened either.
Word Is... The Bird
Quest Type: Capture Request
Wanted: Lost Lanner
Client: Falcon Porters
Last Spotted: Ruby Sea, Isle of BekkoA star falcon amongst those who have trained the lot for the sake of traversal - not unlike the chocobo porters of Eorzea - has been getting massively ansty and rowdy for reasons unknown. For the sake of its safety, a request has been sent out to capture and bring back the feathered friend... even if they haven't been friendly as of late.
Scrap-Cleaning
Quest Type: Hunt, Collection
Wanted: Leftover scrap purged of connecting voidsent
Client: Stickqix's Bangpots
Last Spotted: Idyllshire, Just behind the shopA heap of scrap taken from the Illuminati further down in the Dravanian Hinterlands was found and brought into Idyllshire to be used in gobbie works of... whatever it is that those at Stickqix's Bangpots do these days. Unfortunately, the same bits of scrap were also housing some voidsent, so that needs to get taken care of before said scrap can even be used in the first place.
The Otter One Out
Quest Type: Investigation, Capture
Wanted: Strange Otter
Client: The Bobbing Cork
Last Spotted: North Shroud, The rivers between Treespeak and Alder SpringsPassing merchants between Gridania and Ishgard/Mor Dhona have noticed an odd otter swishing throughout the riverbanks and while they haven't been causing trouble, the flooding that has resulted from their surfing antics has messed with the trails that the chocobos traverse on. One of the Doman refugees who have stuck around in Eorzea and work in the area has noted that said otter may be a traveling kawauso, and while it looks like it means no harm, the little guy may need some urging to do their trouble elsewhere... lest nearby diremites potentially get to them first.
